Government offices can revise contact details, procedures, fees, schedules, and public-access rules without notice. Jail rosters, court dockets, release entries, state offender systems, and supervision records may also update at different times. No representation or warranty is made that every item is accurate, complete, or current when viewed.
Confirm a release, transfer, custody location, office hour, payment instruction, and visit requirement with the office that created or maintains the record. Call before traveling to the Buzz Westfall Justice Center, a municipal facility, a MODOC office, or a court. Never send money based only on information displayed here or by an unverified source.

No Records Are Hosted Here
This site does not host jail rosters, inmate files, release records, booking records, court records, parole or probation files, or government databases. It points visitors toward the agencies and locators that may hold those materials. Site operators cannot confirm custody, release a person, alter an official record, or retrieve a government file on someone’s behalf.
To verify county custody or obtain a final IJMS release record, contact St. Louis County Justice Services or use the county records portal. A municipal detention record belongs with the relevant police custodian. MODOC controls state prison and supervision records. Federal records remain with the responsible federal agency. The issuing office decides whether a record is public and what portions can be released.
